The hotel property was well maintained and very clean. The room decor was elegant and comfortable. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, offering helpful tips on local attractions and activities. the hotel was located in a prime location with easy access to restaurants and shopping.
We experienced some problems at the hotel restaurant with slow service and food items not being available. The breakfast was a bit disappointing, with stale pastries and lukewarm dishes.

The luxurious amenities at this venue were exceptional. The indoor swimming pool and sauna were spotless and offered a great way to relax. The spa centre and its treatment rooms provided top-notch massages and facial treatments. The restaurant served flavourful food that was beautifully presented, and the in-room breakfast was amazing. The bar/lounge area had an extensive drink menu with nice presentation.
The one minor issue we experienced was the slow service during peak hours. Although the staff were friendly and welcoming, the time it took to get our food was dissatisfying.
